Dear Emgs,
My passport number is BC0735536 and my application number is E#########. My emgs is stuck in 30% on 23th February as Malaysian Immigration shows active pass on my passport. I was informed from my institute that on their system the previous active pass was issued by Immigration Cyberjaya since 2014 and the request for the cancellation has submitted direct to Immigration Cyberjaya for the cancellation process. Would please check my application.
