Hi!

My application is yellow at 15% and is pending additional documents. My photo on the copy of the passport wasn’t clear and thus I’ve been ask to submit a clear copy. Should I contact the institution (UTM) and send it to them or should I email it to emgs?

  Same happened with me, just go to the photocopy place and ask for high quality scanning and scan the page of passport again and email them on emgs additional documents email
