Hello brother do you have student pass, if you have student pass just apply for travel authorisation
My student pass has expired on the 5th of March this year after I came back for a holiday brother. I have already reapplied for the travel authorisation letter.
Its for new students only. You just have to apply for SEV.

Yes, I applied for SEV with my last eval which I got on 2019 when I started my bachelor’s. But now the agent is saying that the embassy is asking for the updated VAL. When I asked my college representative regarding this she said I don’t need an eval extension and that it’s not necessary for any existing student. It’s only for the new students. Now my SEV progress is on hold due to this confusion. My college representative told me to re-enter Malaysia with a social(tourist) visa which is the common scenario.
Apply SEV with authorization after approval, my student pass expired then i apply for sev they approve it

Eval is only applicable for new students. Hence, the eVal extension is only for new students whose VAL has been expired.
