Hi all,
My name is fahd and I would like to know 2 things , first if i want to transfer to another uni for bachelor degree do i have to go back to my country, and I would to know the regulations. Second, if you’re in your country and you have a medical condition in which prevents you from going back to Malaysia and renew your visa, can I cancel my visa while i am in country?
