Are you an existing student or a new student? If existing, how did you manage your tickets? Did you book the ticket like a couple of month later from the time you applied for your TAL? Cause i already had to change my arrival date to Malaysia twice since approval of TAL took eay too lomg and at last got rejected. Should i postpone my ticket to…[Read more]

yes my one has reached 90%. I just need to submit the passport once I reach Malaysia and get the multiple entry visa sticker to make it to 100%

ur visa renewal needs to reach 90%, otherwise ur TAL wont be accepted.

But its not possible for the visa renewal to reach 90% since i applied it online and its at 50% with status, Pending submission of your passport to emgs, may i know if its possible to reach 90%?cause from my previous experience also, 50% is highest unless you sibmit your passport.

Please copy us the details of rejection. I assume you have an expired student pass and are applying for renewal. Correct?

Yes, thats right, i previously applied for my visa renewal, and its currently at 50%.
As for the rejection of the TAL, they didn’t mention any reason, it just said, your Travel authorisation application has been rejected.-

Mine got rejected twice before it was approved the third time. Its okay just apply again.

Ya at that time I was an existing student. I took Emirates, so rebooking was easy and free of charge. So I kept booking for a month later, and when the TAL got rejected, I rebooked again.

Fahad. You should have booked the ticket only after the ta is issued.
You need now to immediately phone emgs to see why they rejected the application
Call also the university. Don’t wait. You have to be swift acting.-

The reason my TA was rejected was that it had the document number of my new passport, since i renewed my passport, i thought i have to get the authorisation for my new passport. We should apply with the expired passport itself since it has the student pass in it, even if the student pass is expired.
