Concerning your question about time, it does not differ but might take shorter/longer times depending on the responsiveness of the university to emgs prompts for additional documents. On top of which, your application should be complete and error proof.

Thank you very much. I am a fraid that I will withdraw from USM and new Eval take time until March then my new offer expery

In this case, liaise also with the new University and see if they can send you an updated offer with a longer validity period.

I think you will have to start over the application from scratch. Val depends on the university’s approval. You will need to liaise with your new university for more directions.

I checked EMGS website. You will have to submit a cancelation request to your current institution.
