Dear EMGS representatives My current student visa is till September, but I’m leaving Malaysia in July 15th. My question is, do I have to cancel the visa before i leave? If yes, then can you tell me how? Because my university told me that your office is closed and they can’t do anything right now. View

      Students are required to cancel the student pass through the institution once completed their studies.

      Please note that EMGS Malaysia Immigration Department at Menara TA One will begin accepting passports from 15th June 2021

      The problem is there’s no Malaysian embassy in Libya because of the situation in the country

    If you mean the course fees, no you will pay it in the registration day

    Usually it takes 7 working days but a lot of people got it within 3 working days.

    I’m a master student in UPM ( public university)
    I contacted the University and provided them with my flight details and they told that the representative will meet me in the airport.
    I suggest you do the same to avoid any issues

      Its ok if u booked flight …. The reason behind it is that one year visa duration will start once you enter malaysia …For further inquiries contact your university for more information..

    I got the VAL, SEV but my application is still on 70%. What’s next?
    And i want to know what is the requirements ti issue a student pass and a student card?

      Contact your university and they will guide you when and how to come.It is recommonded to come one week before your classes start,and not to early.

      Not sure. Just in case, keep the VAL, SEV, offer letter , passport and medical documents at hand.
