Just submit your passport to your institution to get student pass.

You mentioned above that you are in malaysia. So take you offer letter and VAL and apply SEV to the nearest malaysian embassy in your country.
Sorry i wasn’t paying attention but im actually not Malaysia right now also my intake is in February and I wanna apply for sev two week before i travel to Malaysia
any idea how many days it would take to get passport back from immigration after it’s 90% in emgs
