Firstly, I appreciate your efforts to assist student during immigration process. However, EMGS purpose is to facilitate students and understand their issues. It’s hard to believe, after paying service charges to both University and EMGS, you are not taking responsibility of unnecessary delay by the immigration in visa renewal. Mostly, as a student , we need to travel back to Homeland during semester break but you are not addressing these issues to immigration. Now, January 2019 is approaching, maximum students are facing unnecessary delay in visa renewal, which leads to waste their semester break and destroy all the plannings. At least , immigration officials must be conveyed this issue for renewal cases. Thanks.
