Br, which uni are you? It’d be helpful if you can get in touch with someone who has completed the eval process for that particylar uni. (Some uni have their own procedures for this eval).

I’m with IIUM, so when i received this msg, i was told to send an e-mail to the visa unit with a copy of the emgs mail / msg.
It could take 3-5 working days.
Hope this is helpful..
