If you intend to not continue with your application, you would have to refer to your institution with regards to your refund as the institution is required to create the refund application in our system.

Hi,
Please note that there is no active application under your passport number. The latest application was closed as we did not receive the additional documents for more than 90 days. Kindly liaise with your institution for further advise.

Hi EMGS, So in this case university is responsible since they didn’t submit nescessary documents and didn’t ask from me anything. Can i ask for a refund to my university bcoz i have wait a too long. I want to go back to my country once the government lift the lockdown. Thank you!

Please note that there is no stipulated time frame for the refund process as there are multiple levels of verification and approval involved in the processing. We will notify the institution as soon as the process is completed.
