I want to apply for VAL for INCEIF, do I do it through INCEIF or emgs?
And how long does it take for them to process it? Studies starting on 5th of September and I will be submitting my documents on 7th of August. I do not require SEV, do I have time?

  With a bit of luck you should make it. Just make sure your photo and passport scan meet the requirements to avoid any delay along with the other documents.

  I think all student visas is processed by emgs. Pay online not through institution, this way is faster
