I think once u have SEV, VAL won’t be needed . U can still travel to Malaysia using your SEV and they will give u a special entry in airport. Usually we get VAL to process for the next step which is SEV. So since u already have that I don’t think it will be an issue

You need to go Malaysia with your Val
