I would advise that as soon as you cross immigration (at the departure) upon arrival and the necessary checks. Ask for the Cab office and go there and they will ask you your destination. Oh, dear thank you all for the responses..
For the first timer at KL, Agudosi’s advices are perfect..though it quite expensive..for the other, bus or train or even uber r better..
