I just received my VAL yesterday but its said i need a letter stating that. And i have already booked my ticket a while back so how long does the letter take?

My VAL is still pending and i have less than a week before the deadline for my program expire and i have to wait another year. Can i please know the progress or when it will be done.

Im a student from Maldives and i would know how long i have to wait to receive my VAL since my classes have already started and i might miss the intake. My passport number is LA16E7924.
