MY APPLICATION SHOWING THIS MESSAGE “”””The institute is required to submit a Release Letter from the previous institution”””””
WHO SHOULD PROVIDE SUCH A LETTER ? ME OR MY INSTITUTE ?
Also be informed that I didn’t change my institute,I just progressed from foundation program to graduate program .
