You need to submit an appeal at the same panel clinic that made the test. The doctor there will write clarifications and send them to emgs. The emgs will make a final decision. If you still fail the test, you will be refunded but your visa application will be cancelled. Therefore, it is very important to know why you failed the test. If you did the test while you were on specific medication, you can explain this but I am not sure if you will be allowed to take the medical test again.

If you are taking about the medical test before you go to Malaysia, then there was a previous case where the applicant failed the test but was asked to include a detailed letter by a doctor to explain that a given medical condition has.no effect on your performance as a student.

In short:
Send your passport number to emgs to see what you can do.
Ask your university for advice.
Appeal the fail decision.

The students are allowed to appeal with regards to the medical screening result. If the student wishes to appeal, kindly contact the clinic where the students were examined immediately.
