dear emgs OFFICER,
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW LONG IT TAKES TO REFUND, I APPLIED FOR 4 YEARS VISA BUT ALL I GOT IS JUST 3 YEARS HOW LONG IT TAKES TO REFUND ME THE REST..

  are you sure there is refund? because i also applied for 4 years of VISA but given for 3 years. can i claim a refund?
