Is it in progress with EMGS or immigration?

I’m also waiting for my application to move from 32 to 70 since 5th Oct. Mine is still in progress with EMGS, how long does this usually take?

Please call EMGS asap and tell them to handover your application to immigration. It is a matter of 4-5 days only but if theyre taking long its cuz they forgot or something. On 4th of Oct mine was also stuck at 35% until i called last week Thursday to remind them to give my application to Immigration and finally today they did.

Yes, even when its with immigration its stays at 35%. It will be 70% omce immigration issues VAL, which seems to take 7-10 days (according to the posts ive seen here).

Yes, after day 10 start calling and asking+ send one email for follow up

When the doc is in immigration ..EMGS is saying the decision is entirely from the immigration and not them

We are paying EMGS money to do so they have to take of us.-
Thanks I got to EMGS found out my problem it’s a small one but the only problem inahve now is that my institution is slow at responding to me,we communicate through WhatsApp

Sir . The same happens to me . THEY MEANT another offer letter from the university with valid date for adequate time
