You need to search if Malaysia allows student from your country without visa or not. You need to call your University. What is your percentage on EMGS portal of VAL?
It was %35 and i rejected.Now they want my exit stamp.i will share and process will start again .i think from %35.
I have 2 main questions
1)what is the difference between Val or eVAL.is the E-Val only about gaining time? Or changing something (for example SEV requirement)

2. If he get SEV then you also need to get. As far as I googled it Turkish students Need SEV.

Can i take sev only in Turkey?
Someone in this Forum told somedays ago you can get from Other country.
I have read somewhere you can get it from a country where you have a proof of long term resident of that country. Better to call Malaysian Embassy of that Country.
