The Malaysian consulate in my country told me to register with with the Ministry of Higher Education and Ministry of Education. After that I’d have to forward the approval to immigration and get approval for entry.
I’m still trying to figure out how to register because most of the website is in Malay and I haven’t been able to find any information…[Read more]-
