Something is really bothering me, if the immigration department is not working on issuing e-val to new international students now, is it when it has been announced that new international students can return that immigration will start processing this whole applications?
My application has been@32% for over 5months now.
My suggestion is that immigration should make all this documents available prior to the announcement from the government.
