Thanks. I already notified the University Visa Office. Probably EMGS takes 2-3 days to verify the documents after application submission. What happened in your case ?

USM has automated application system. I got the offer letter electronically and accepted also online. My offer letter also can be verified online publicly

@EMGS officer, if so ،for those who already have pay the fees for issuing visa what would happen. The application was pending depending on requesting some documents. Can you please explain
