Dear EMGS officer,
Os it possible if one of my relatives can give a cheque/draft on my behalf to the given authority in the bank in kuala Lumpur. Also the fluctuating rates of currencies is making it slightly difficult to send the exact amount of money, kindly help me in this matter.

  Also kindly tell me about tge fluctuating rate of currencies, the transfer is available onluin USD, but what if i transfer my exact amount of 883.34 MYR converted in USD and the exchange rates change slightly at the time of processing. Would it be a problem and if yes how to take care about it?
