Today is third working day after my eVAL has been approved. Kindly provide me with my eVAL to download as i am on a really tight schedule.

It came on third working day after approval.

If everything goes smoothly it will take 25 day after student record is created
But it shows 14 working days.Why?
Im telling it from the day student record is created till it is available for download. That 14 days is maximum time for next step completion.
