Try to ask emgs to make sure, because I had same problem.. When I ask uni they already sent it but when I ask to emgs they didnt recieved anything from uni

Do it at a registered clinic. They will upload it for you. U have to upload the application yourself, if you do it at a non registered clinic.
Do that as fast as possible, but if you not sure, you can try ask emgs or your uni
