after 70% you will go to the Malaysian embassy in your country and give them your passport then the embassy process will take one week to give you your passport back then you’ll travel to Malaysia and continue the visa process until it gets to be 100%
I don’t know if it is the same in all the countries but you can go to the embassy now and ask them about the requirements documents and them will tell you what they want.

Are we suppose to go to Malaysia after it is 100% complete ? What did you do after it was 70%and got you val and single entry visa ?
