yes they claim that they’re closed due to covid (which is very dumb)

Till Jan I remember their call center was working…now suddenly it’s closed due to covid ? Such a headache…any idea when are they planning to open CC again

I have already mailed you but I get the standard reply that you are in midst of cancelling the request at IMM and there is no fixed timeline. It has been more than a month, please help to get it cancelled at IMM end. Or else next visa cannot proceed.
