If you additional docs just received on 20th September, it spend about 7 to 10 working day. they will mention in your application status.

I have a same matter but since 15th august there is no progres on my val, if its my mistakes but how with my friends? Why they can get 32%? But me still 7%?
And this september we will start our training there exactly at 10th september

Try updating your phone time and date … see if it solves the problem
I think its better to press on the option advance setting and then there is a link will appear, use it and you will reach the EMGS website
