Hi David,

Your institution can proceed to submit your passport. However, the decision to accept your passport is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Hi officer, my visa renewal application has been pending on 20% since January 15th. I have submitted all the required documents through my school yet there is no progress. Please is this the fault of my school or has emgs stopped visa renewal till after mco is lifted? My visa will expire on 12th February and I’m very worried.

Hi, my visa was issued on the February 12th and I was on the process of getting my insurance card before the recent MCO. Right now I have a health challenge and I needed to be admitted in the hospital but I don’t have any information concerning my issuance card. Please I need help
