Dear emgs, my visa application has been rejected for the pass 3months now. May I
1) know if I can get a refund?
2) if yes what is the procedure and how long would it take?

Hi,
In the event that the eVal is rejected, the institution can submit a request via email to obtain the reason the eVal was rejected. This will enable the institution to proceed to submit an appeal. However, the approval will solely be at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
