Dear EMGS,
My college is in Penang. If I take flight from my country and transit in KLIA2, before I reach Penang on the same day, do I need to report to EMGS ISAC and do immigration clearance at KLIA2? Or I just direct go to Transfer Hall to take next flight to Penang? View
