What should I do if I have this kind of issue? Should I send a clearer copy of my passport? If yes, where should I send it to?

The institute is required to submit a clear copy of the applicant’s passport page that contains the photo. Alternatively, the institute may submit a confirmation letter stating that the applicant’s photo in the copy of the passport is the same as the photo on STARS.”
