Haba that’s why i have wasted my whole time battling with the payment since January and now i have submitted it through school so that i will find someone from there to pay for me,they should have told us to look for it instead of leaving us in darkness.@Danlami thank u

@Danlami Mujitapha what’s that LOU,and pls how did u pay for your eVAL i used different card’s including domicialry and platinum master card but isn’t working can u pls help me i need to pay for it

Find someone in Malaysia that has a local card to pay for u it only works with a local card not Naira debit cards

If your country requires a SEV, then yes you have to go to the embassy/consulate/etc. Some embassies accept the documents via post/mail, so contact them first and see if they do that. if they do just send them your passport. the rest of the documents need to be emailed.
