Dear EMGS,

Please find the email below which I have received from the EMGS assistance service it is mentioned here that ” Visa Approval Letter (eVAL) has been ageing with the Immigration Department of Malaysia for more than 100 days. This indicates that your application has cancelled in the system of the Immigration Department of Malaysia”
but it does not say that why and where it got delayed or where is the problem why the immigration Malaysia has not processed my visa cancelation application. can you please tell me exactly where and what is the problem because I am planning to submit my application again and I don’t want to waste more time and effort on it with same problem.

on 30/03/2018 my application status was In Progress with Immigration and after 4 months my application status updated on 21/08/2018 with status Application Completed which mean EMGS is closing my application. I totally do no understand why it got delayed and where is the problem can you please send me the proper contact details for the person from EMGS and Immigration Department of Malaysia from where I can know exactly what and where is the problem because If I submit the application again same thing can happen again and again,

I already have lost more than 4 months for my studies also I have submitted my PhD registration and semester fee in UNIVERSITI MALAYSIA SARAWAK (UNIMAS) and I am losing lot of my time from my studies. and on other hand University Technology Petronas is willing to give me the release for which they already have submitted the documents last time to emgs with Application Number: #########. I have all the attachments and proofs that EMGS has already received all my documents.

kindly tell me where should I contact to find and solve the problem for this delay or atleast tell where should University Technology Petronas people can contact to solve this problem.
