Malaysian Immigration verify your documents from your home country/institute. I suppose the result cards you had provided may not have record with your Board/University attended.

This problem was also happened with me that means may b ur hard copy result doesn’t tally with ur online result. may b its kind of subject name please recheck is there any difference between the online and hard copy result

EMGS sent the issue to your institution about why these are doubtful try to contact with them… kon varsityr jonno apply koreso?
