sorry for missing your point. in this case, you need to go to your institute’s international students affair office to inquire, since they have already got your passport. in USM’s case, it usually takes two weeks or more to get your passport back after your submission.

yes. do not worry. the system will bombard your mail with many reminders until you arrive at your institute and hand in your passport to your institute’s international students department. The medical checkup will be done in your institute.

the insurance card you will get after you arrive at your university. Your university is supposed to have known this. I do not know why they ask it from you.
