Hi Ezea, I’m facing the same situation it’s been nearly two month since they sent the appeal letter and it’s stuck 50%, however I contacted my institution and emgs as well but they only told to just wait until it changes because its the immigrations decision decide and they cannot advise them what to do. Thank you let me know your story please

Hello Anisa. It’s because of how my names appear on my passport and certificates.

What was the issue with the name? Hope it’s not arrangements because my name arrangement on my certificate differs from that on my passport
