Where are you from and which university did you apply for?
Am from Nigeria and i applied with unirazak. Can anything be done because no reason for rejection.
Contact your institution and ask them why it got rejected. I think you can see the cause of the rejection with a PC, not mobile
Okay thank you.. but i checked also with PC but there’s still no reason stated for the rejection.
As stated by Julia Chang. Those could be the reason for your rejection. Pls specify if there is something you didn’t tell us.
If its get rejected in immigration, maybe got to do with your passport? Have u overstays in malaysia before? Or got active application linked to yr passport? Or you come to malaysia with tourist social pass while your val being processed and did not give exit stamp? Incomplete passport pages submitted etc. But it was weird cos normally Emgs will do the vetting before they submit to immigration.
Yes @juliachang emgs has cleared me already. I had overstayed before in Malaysia but it was cleared and i paid the compound so i don’t think there would be an issue there. All my previous application before was all closed. But then I can still access my old application on emgs website. But i don’t think that would really be the reason.. am so confused honestly..
Yeah should not be an issue here but maybe immigration still unsure about it so they reject ir even though u paid the fee they still can reject your val. Now u can ask ur uni the rejection reason (if they send the letter already to ur unk) only then u know what to do and what documents to resubmit. It can take months for the appeal process.
How many days u have been overstayed ??
@mohammed have been overstayed before because of my previous school. The issue was resolved after 1year and 9 months.. after then i got sp and paid for my compound and left to my home country. After which have applied again. Would that be any issues at all?
