Yes You are allowed to attend classes, if your application is 30% and abobe and U have received EMGS Approval Letter to attend online Classes.
Do you know when do we get the EMGS Approval letter?
Actually if you meet all the requirement of EMGS regarding your qualification then EMGS issue an approval letter and allow the you to study/attand online classes. I received this letter at 30% application status.
