quarantine is only for 7 days if you’re fully vaccinated and 10 days if they’re partially or non vaccinated. in terms of quarantine at your own residence, there’s nothing much that anyone can do to help besides getting food delivered to you if they agree to. it’ll be quite isolating but you can try to come up with a routine for the 7 day quarantine, keep in contact with family and friends

I think I can handle being quarantined in a hotel. Do you know the details of hotel quarantine? Like location, food, service. Or where can I look it up, I only know the quarantine price is RM5,000 for seven days
you can find all the details on the EMGS website news bulletin. the cost for quarantine is 150RM per night plus 250RM for PCR test. There’s two PCR tests to 500RM in total. The cost includes food, water, transport to hotel etc. So the total will be approximately 1550-1700rm for 7 days quarantine. You can also book the hotel quarantine on the Mysafetravel website and see the final costs once you decide to quarantine in hotel
