I’m a student at UTM. I would like you to contact UTM admission office through email for more information. Almost all classes are online whether you are in Malaysia or not.

I don’t think. But you need before you can apply for authorization to enter Malaysia. Declaration for accommodation is a place where you are to stay after the quarrantine at KL.

I will suggest you register your courses online starting from 1st March while waiting for the eVal approval. Most courses are online.

Please, how long will travel authorization letter valid for? The reason for the question is because I may decide to change the date of my departure as against what I submitted to emgs authorization form. Please, I need a clarification. Thank you Sir.

Please note that the travel authorization has no validity. However, the decision to issue you an entry permit is solely at the discretion of the Malaysian Mission.

I don’t think there’s a specific date for new students to travel. You need to get declaration letter of accommodation and commencement of online classes from your school. Thereafter, you then apply for authorization to return through EMGS. You can still get more details from emgs

I think those with valid visa and expired visa will be allowed to enter Malaysia. The only thing you need is authorization letter.
