Dear EMGS I will love to get an update why the immigration has not released my Val documents (A10614538),even after submitting it for about a month now

Please note that your documents were submitted to the Immigration Department on the 15th of March 2021. However, there is no stipulated time frame as the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
