Dear emgs officer. My application was received on 24/1/019. How long does it take to leave 10%. I am applying for progression. Coming from unimas, Kuching Sarawak, to Uum Kedah. How long will it take for my val to be ready, and to obtain west Malaysia student pass and cancel Sarawak student pass View

Are yo already graduated from Unimas or transfering the course to UUM?
I have graduated. I graduated from master of science, unimas. In Uum am registering for my PhD.

Is your current student pass of Master is still valid??
yes, valid until 26th March 2019
As its still valid you no need to cancel the current student pass because i did Master of Science from UUM and now enrolling for PhD too. As my previous student pass was expired so i applied as New applicant. Your will be progression as you applied.

For val normally takes 2 weeks if no additional docs required

Am in Malaysia. Sarawak doesn’t use emgs, so I was confused how it works here.
In order to get Val apart from Sarawak state you had to apply through EMGS. You will get it soon

Thanks. Will I be informed when to cancel the unimas pass. Currently the emgs status is at 15% like 2days now. Hope there is no problem.
