You should call EMGS and ask them what to do.They can help you creating a student record.And then you will be able to check your application status.

Same thing happened to me (i’m going to IUMW) my semester actually start on september 18th but i haven’t got my VAL approved until yesterday, I contacted the uni and they said that I can still join the September intake but I have to work harder to catch up with the others. I think you should ask UPM though, because every uni has their own rules😊
There are only one intake in UPM in September they cancel the Feb intake 4 year ago for degree students
