My university said that they had submitted the additional documents to emgs, but I called emgs and they said that they did not receive the documents. I started to renewal it in November, but there is still no progress. View
Don’t worry and wait for a few days. Maybe the documents are being sorted and reviewed atm before sending out. Do keep a close contact with emgs support if you are worried.
