it’s recommended to travel 1.5 months before expiring

just put yes in all the boxes. if u do have them, put no. the statement above the graph says ‘i am free from the following diseases” so u should put yes for everything

as of now it says you can, but you’ll need to quarantine for 10 days

you need to first renew your passport, and then your visa. you cannot enter malaysia with an expired visa

you are fully vaccinated now, however getting boosted now is good since it’s been 6 months. plus u get two days off of quarantine
