You don’t need NDLEA. Since you have been to Malaysia before

In Lagos or you can do that in your state. Ask for NDLEA office. Then when you get there you will be told what to do

Heard applications are now being accepted through an agency. Do you have all the required documents like ndlea clearance and eligibility letter? Try checking their website online, call the number for more details
