Dear Officer Team,
My name is Brigita for passport number C6729603 for visa renewals. Sir, my visa has been stuck in 80% for MORE THAN 14 working days and i asked so many times what can i do to expedite it? Or actually i can di nothing unless waiting eventhou it is more than the given timeline and i have something improtant to do and need to go back to my country asap??? All can i do is waiting??? For how long?? Thanks for your help regarding this matter not only tell me the progress need 14working days cause this already more than it.

  Please be informed that the Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days from the date we submit the Passport to the Immigration Department. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
