Yes you can reapply for a new travel authorization application once your application has been cancelled in the system.

Please note that you will be able to re-apply a new a new travel authorization application. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Please note that the travel authorization has no validity. However, the entry permit is only valid for 30 days. In the event that the Malaysian Mission requires you to re-apply a new travel authorization, you can a request to cancel the current application in order for you re-apply a new application.
